TRANSFER ANNOUNCEMENT
In accordance with the "Regulation on Transfers, Double Major, Minor, and Inter-Institutional Credit Transfer Between Associate and Bachelor’s Programs in Higher Education Institutions," students to be admitted to our university for the 2025-2026 Fall Semester based on Grade Point Average and Central Placement Score (see Appendix 1) can find the required documents for the application below.
Required Documents for Inter-Institutional Transfer Applications

Transcript: An official, approved document showing all courses taken, grades received, and cumulative GPA, obtained from the current institution or via e-Government with barcode.

Student Certificate: Issued by the current institution or via e-Government with barcode.

Course Contents: If the course contents on the student's transcript are available and up-to-date on the university website, this is not required. Otherwise, approved copies from the relevant department must be submitted.

Disciplinary Clearance: Document stating no disciplinary action has been received.

Special Note for Art & Design Faculty: Applications for the Painting and Graphic Design programs will only be considered for students admitted via the Special Talent Exam.

Confirmation of No Previous Transfer: Approved document showing the student has not made a prior transfer under Appendix 1 (student certificate showing ÖSYM registration is sufficient).
IMPORTANT NOTE: Applications will be accepted online only.
EVALUATION:
Results of the applications for students admitted to our university’s faculties/vocational schools for the 2025-2026 Fall Semester through transfers will be announced on the websites of the relevant faculties and vocational schools.
Applications sent via post, cargo, or email will not be considered.
