TRANSFER ANNOUNCEMENT

In accordance with the "Regulation on Transfers, Double Major, Minor, and Inter-Institutional Credit Transfer Between Associate and Bachelor’s Programs in Higher Education Institutions," students to be admitted to our university for the 2025-2026 Fall Semester based on Grade Point Average and Central Placement Score (see Appendix 1) can find the required documents for the application below.


Required Documents for Inter-Institutional Transfer Applications

  1. Transcript: An official, approved document showing all courses taken, grades received, and cumulative GPA, obtained from the current institution or via e-Government with barcode.

  2. Student Certificate: Issued by the current institution or via e-Government with barcode.

  3. Course Contents: If the course contents on the student's transcript are available and up-to-date on the university website, this is not required. Otherwise, approved copies from the relevant department must be submitted.

  4. Disciplinary Clearance: Document stating no disciplinary action has been received.

  5. ÖSYM Placement Document

  6. Special Note for Art & Design Faculty: Applications for the Painting and Graphic Design programs will only be considered for students admitted via the Special Talent Exam.


Required Documents for Transfer Applications Based on Central Placement Score (Appendix 1)

  1. Transcript: As described above.

  2. Student Certificate: As described above.

  3. Course Contents: As described above.

  4. Disciplinary Clearance: As described above.

  5. ÖSYM Exam Result Document

  6. ÖSYM Placement Document

  7. Confirmation of No Previous Transfer: Approved document showing the student has not made a prior transfer under Appendix 1 (student certificate showing ÖSYM registration is sufficient).


IMPORTANT NOTE: Applications will be accepted online only.

EVALUATION:
Results of the applications for students admitted to our university’s faculties/vocational schools for the 2025-2026 Fall Semester through transfers will be announced on the websites of the relevant faculties and vocational schools.

Applications sent via post, cargo, or email will not be considered.
