Psychology Department Meets New Students at Orientation Program
The Department of Psychology at Yalova University’s Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences held an orientation program for first-year students who have just joined the department.
During the program, attended by the department's faculty members, students were introduced to the staff and provided with information regarding the Psychology Department's academic structure, educational process, and operational procedures. Briefings on academic processes and departmental facilities were conducted to facilitate the students' adjustment to university and departmental life.
In the subsequent part of the program, questions and topics of interest to the students were addressed and answered by the faculty members. Held in an atmosphere of mutual interaction and introduction, the program enabled new students to get to know the department's academic environment and faculty members more closely.
We extend a warm welcome to all students joining the Psychology Department family and wish them success in their academic journey.
