Department Research Assistants Participated in the National Psychology Graduate Students Congress

The National Psychology Graduate Students Congress was held on September 5-7, 2024, hosted by Akdeniz University. Under the theme "Again, New, Once More," the congress featured panels, oral presentations, and poster sessions on a wide range of topics over three days.

From our department, Research Assistant Emine Uysal participated with the oral presentation titled "The Mediating Role of Basic Psychological Needs in the Relationship Between Parental Identity, Psychological Well-Being, and Parental Burnout," and Research Assistant Ezginur Çelik participated with the poster presentation titled "Examining the Risk of Eating Disorders and Help-Seeking Behaviors Among Turkish University Students."

Following the presentations, productive discussions took place with participants’ questions and comments. This congress provided an opportunity to meet researchers interested in various subfields of psychology, exchange ideas, and establish potential collaborations for future research.
