Between June 9 and June 16, 2023, Research Assistants Ezginur Çelik and Emine Uysal provided anger management training to commercial taxi and dolmuş drivers at the Raif Dinçkök Cultural Center under the Yalova Municipality.
During the seminar, the presentation “Anger: Friend or Foe? Healthy Anger Management” covered emotions and their functions, anger, triggers of anger, physical signs of anger, the role of anger, and strategies for managing anger in a healthy way. The seminar continued with the “Driver Anger Expression Inventory” activity, where participants discussed their personal ways of expressing anger.
