On April 26, 2024, our department’s Research Assistant Emine Uysal provided a seminar on “Crisis Management in Education” to teachers at Şehit Ahmet Uzun Middle School and Cumhuriyet Middle School. The seminar covered topics including the definition of a crisis, pre-crisis warning signs and preventive measures, actions to take during a crisis, communication strategies, and post-crisis processes. At the end of the seminar, teachers had the opportunity to ask questions regarding the topics discussed.
